MANDARIN SAUCE

Ingredients for mandarin sauce:

  • 256 g mandarins (tangerines 4 matches)
  • 125 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 40 g mustard powder
  • 20 g chia seeds
  • 15 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 ml agave juice
  • 2.5 g salt (optional)

How to prepare mandarin sauce

Peel the mandarins, cut them in half, remove the seeds, blend them.

Add the remaining ingredients to the mandarins and blend again.

The sauce should stand 30 minutes to allow time to chia seeds absorb liquid and thicken.
