Donuts fresh corn and peanuts do not contain gluten and dairy products, they can be served as a snack, appetizer or side dish.
This recipe is my rendition of an Indonesian dish, I find very appetizing all these ingredients that create a contrast between the intense flavor of cumin, sweet taste of peanuts and corn and spicy ginger.
Ingredients for 20 donuts:
- 300 g raw corn or boiled
- 150 g peanuts
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon cumin to put in the dough
- 1 teaspoon cumin to decorate donuts
- 3 g salt
How to prepare the donuts
Heat oven to 180 ° C.
Grind in a mixer peanuts.
Blend the corn with the egg ginger and a teaspoon of cumin.
Add corn to shake peanuts.
Grease the molds from the oven and pour the mixture.
Decorate donuts with cumin seeds.
Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
Cool the donuts before bring out.
