A recipe to make even with ingredients, already cooked, that we sometimes find in our refrigerator.
Ingredients

| 3 hard-boiled eggs |
replaceable with 180 g cheese, meat or fish |
| 50 g of walnuts |
replaceable with other types of nuts or oil seeds |
| extra virgin olive oil q.b. |

How to prepare the cream
- Peel the chopped onions finely and brown them in extra virgin olive oil, until they become tender and golden.
- Shell the peas, peel the green beans and cut them into small pieces and add everything to the onions. Continue cooking for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Prepare the hard-boiled eggs: dip the eggs in cold water, from the moment when the water begins to boil, calculate between 8 and 10 minutes for well-cooked egg whites and yolk. Do not exceed 10 minutes the yolk dries and becomes greenish. Shell them and cut them into small pieces or mash them with a fork..
- Coarsely chop the walnuts.
- Add everything in a bowl, mix thoroughly, taste and add oil and salt only if needed.
