These cookies that surprise with every bite are made with kuzu, a superfood with unique properties, and being free of gluten, dairy, eggs and refined white sugar are also suitable for those with special dietary sensitivity.
Ingredients for 50 biscuits of 3 cm diameter:
- 170 g of sunflower cream to 100% without sugar
- 100 g of rice malt
- 60 g kuzu
- 25 g almonds
- 25 g walnuts
- 25 g peanuts
- 25 g dried pineapple
- 25 g raisins
- 2 tablespoons anise seeds
- 1 pinch of salt
How to prepare the biscuits
Coarsely chop the nuts and dried fruit.
