CREAMY SOUP FOR 2 PEOPLE
◇ 200 g of vegetables of your choice
◇ 200 ml of water
◇ 75 g of fruit or shell or oilseeds of your choice or a ready-made cream of 100% non-roasted, salted or sweetened fruit or oil seeds
◇ 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
◇ 1- 2 teaspoons of spices of your choice
◇ salt q.b. (optional)
◇ If you use whole fruits or oil seeds, soak them, drain them very well from the water and wash them.
◇ If you want your hot soup, heat the water to 45 ° C.
◇ Whisk all the ingredients together, and if necessary add more water to soften your soup.
