COCONUT MILK PREPARED WITH COCONUT FLAKES
Ingredients
- 4 cups of water
- 2 cups coconut flakes dried

Blend the ingredients, stirring if necessary.
Filtration is not needed.
COCONUT MILK PREPARED WITH COCONUT BUTTER
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut butter
- 3 cups of water

Filtration is not needed.
COCONUT CREAM
To obtain the coconut cream using the coconut milk in cans with a 60-70% coconut content.
How to prepare coconut cream
Cool down the coconut milk tin in the refrigerator for a few hours so that the fat will solidify on the surface.
Open the can without shaking and remove the fat that has formed on the surface with a spoon, this denser part is called “coconut cream.”
For a more solid consistency you can be put in the freezer for a few minutes, or can be mounted to the electric whisk for 5 minutes.
With the lower part more liquid it is possible to prepare cakes, smoothies or you can use for cooking.
