COLORS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES

We are attracted to the color of food and very often we choose the color that is similar to our mood.

Sight is the prevalent sensory system: it is estimated that even 80% of the information that reaches our brain are visual stimuli, it is likely that the human body has an innate intelligence that leads him to choose fruits and vegetables that contain the nutrients you need and color is one of the ways to recognize them.
