SNACK WITH RADISH SPROUTS

Savouries with a small amount of salt, but very tasty thanks to the red radish sprouts with their spicy flavor whet the palate.

The right amount of salt is important for our body, but unfortunately it is easy to exceed the recommended daily dose (according to the recommendations of the World Health Organization possibly a dose of less than 5 grams of salt daily).

The pretzels are among the ingredients from the richest oven of salt, to prepare them in the house by adding them in the mixture of ingredients that have a strong flavor is the best way to reduce the amount of salt in the dough.

Ingredients for 100 savouries:

  • 125 g quinoa flakes
  • 50 g sorghum flour
  • 1/4 cc salt
  • 50 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 50 g radish sprouts
  • 25 g of rice malt
  • 45 ml water
  • sesame seeds

How to prepare the snack

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Chopped in a blender the quinoa flakes.

Add the quinoa flakes chopped the rest of the ingredients, except the sesame seeds, you will get a very compact but soft dough.

Let stand in a bowl covered with foil, for 10 minutes so that the flakes and flour can hydrate better.

Between two sheets of paper from the oven roll out the dough to a thickness of 2-3 mm.

Cut with a knife or cut cookies in the shape of your choice, if you want you can sprinkle with seeds or chopped nuts, I chose the sesame seeds.

Bake the savouries in the oven for 10 minutes if you want the still soft savouries or 15 minutes if more prefer them crispy.
