Why not prepare a super fast, high quality vegetable milk in our kitchen and save money?


This is the recipe I use to produce milk from cereal flakes. It is a very practical recipe because it allows us to choose the time to devote to its preparation, it is so fast that it offers the possibility to always have fresh milk available, even in small doses, of every type of cereal, correctly changing our diet.

For 1 liter of milk

  • 100 g of cereal flakes
  • 1 liter of water

How to prepare cereal flakes milk

Soak the cereal flakes, you can choose the type of soaking that is most congenial:

“super fast” mode, soak in hot water for 1 hour

mode “I am super organized”, soaking in cold water for 8-10 hours.

After the time of soaking, the cereal flakes will be soft and can be blended with the liter of water.

Line a colander with a cloth that serves as a filter, place the colander in a larger container where the milk will drip, wring the cloth well. Milk is ready.

The pulp of the cereal flakes that remains in the dish can be used to prepare pancakes, meatballs, bread, cakes and biscuits.

It is kept in the refrigerator for 2 days.
